Bacon, Egg, and Avocado Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cinnamon, and oregano.
4. Add the bacon fat to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
5. Press the dough into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
6. Bake for 10 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, in the same skillet, cook the eggs until desired doneness.
8. Remove the crust from the oven and top with the eggs, avocado, and tomato.
9. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
10. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
