Bacon, Egg, and Pork Roll Sandwich
Ingredients:
-2 slices of bread
-2 slices of bacon
-1 pork roll
-1 egg
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Add the pork roll to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side.
4. Crack the egg into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny, about 2 minutes.
5. Assemble the sandwich by layering the bacon, pork roll, and egg between the two slices of bread.
6. Serve and enjoy!
