Bacon, Egg, and Potato Breakfast Hash

Ingredients:

-6 slices of bacon, diced
-2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
-3 large eggs
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

3. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown and tender, about 10 minutes.

4. Add the bacon back to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the eggs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.

6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through.

7. Serve the bacon, egg, and potato breakfast hash warm. Enjoy!
