Bacon and Potato Egg Bake

Ingredients:

- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add potatoes and cook until tender.

4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

6. Place cooked potatoes in the baking dish.

7. Crumble bacon over potatoes.

8. Pour egg mixture over potatoes and bacon.

9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set.

10. Serve warm and enjoy!
