Recipe Name: Bacon-Wrapped Pork Chop Skewers

Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, diced into 1-inch cubes
- 8 slices of pork bacon
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Season the diced pork chops with salt and pepper.
3. Cut each slice of bacon in half lengthwise.
4. Wrap each cube of pork chop with a half slice of bacon and thread onto skewers.
5. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
6. Brown the bacon-wrapped pork chop skewers on all sides in the skillet, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Transfer the skewers to the prepared baking sheet.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
