Baked Greek Yoghurt with Breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs
- 2 cups of Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, melted butter, and water until the mixture is evenly moistened.
3. Spread the breadcrumb mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yoghurt and 1/4 cup of the toasted breadcrumb mixture.
5. Spread the yoghurt mixture onto the baking sheet, and top with the remaining toasted breadcrumb mixture.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
