Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
3. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
