Orange Chili Pork Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pork, cut into thin strips
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the pork strips and garlic to the skillet and cook until the pork is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the orange cubes and chili powder and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Add the cabbage and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Reduce the heat to low and add the eggs, stirring to combine.
6. Cook until the eggs are set, about 2 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
