Banana and Olive Steak with Morille Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 steaks
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup of olives
- 1/2 cup of morilles
- 1/2 cup of crème fraiche
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the steaks and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
3. Slice the bananas and olives and add them to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the morilles and crème fraiche and stir to combine.
5. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
6. Serve the steaks with the banana and olive sauce. Enjoy!
