Banana Cacao Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until they are mostly smooth.
2. Add the eggs, cacao powder, coconut oil, almond milk, baking powder, and salt. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Grease the skillet with a little bit of coconut oil.
5. Pour the batter onto the skillet, using a ΒΌ cup measuring cup.
6. Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
7. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
