Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for cooking

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
2. Crack the eggs into the bowl with the mashed banana and whisk together until well combined.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil to coat the pan.
4. Pour the banana and egg mixture into the skillet, swirling to spread it out evenly.
5. Cook for a few minutes until the bottom is set and lightly browned.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over one half of the omelette.
