Recipe Name: Banana Chia Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup syrup
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt, to taste
- 8 oz pasta

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the eggs, sugar, chia seeds, and syrup. Mix well.
4. Stir in the diced tomato, bell pepper, minced garlic, and half of the shredded cheese. Season with salt.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
