Banana Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients:
-1 Pie Tray
-1/2 cup Butter
-1 cup Flour
-1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
-1/4 cup Almond Milk
-1/4 cup Coconut Milk
-1/4 cup Water
-1/4 cup Honey
-1/2 cup Fat
-1 cup Strawberries
-1 cup Cherries
-2 Bananas
-Whipped Cream
-Chocolate Shavings

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, powdered sugar, almond milk, coconut milk, water, honey, and fat until a dough forms.

3. Grease the pie tray with butter and press the dough into the tray.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mash the bananas.

6. Once the crust is done baking, spread the mashed bananas over the crust.

7. Top with the strawberries and cherries.

8. Spread the whipped cream over the top.

9. Sprinkle with the chocolate shavings.

10. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

11. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
