Recipe: Banana Flan Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup self-rising wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet vanilla flan mix
- Lemon, orange, and vanilla essences
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
3. Add the rice flour, cornstarch, self-rising wheat flour, eggs, vanilla flan mix, a few drops of lemon, orange, and vanilla essences, sugar, honey, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix well until combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
