Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
2. Add sugar and mix well with the mashed bananas.
3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then add them to the banana mixture.
4. Gradually add the flour and water, stirring until a thick batter forms.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
