Banana Ovo Pancake
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until it is creamy.
2. Add the eggs and mix until combined.
3. Add the flour, milk, butter, sugar and salt and mix until everything is well combined.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
5. Pour the batter into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
6. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
