Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

-2 ripe bananas
-1 cup of milk
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Instructions:

1. Mash the bananas in a bowl until they are smooth.

2. Add the milk, baking soda, and maple syrup to the mashed bananas and mix until all ingredients are combined.

3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

4. Pour ΒΌ cup of the batter onto the skillet and cook until the edges are lightly browned.

5. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6. Repeat with the remaining batter.

7. Serve warm with additional maple syrup, if desired. Enjoy!
