Recipe Name: Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs (Eier)
- 2 ripe bananas (Bananen)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (Olivenöl)
- 1 cup flour (Mehl)
- 1 cup milk (Milch)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (Zimt)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (Backpulver)

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
2. Add the eggs, olive oil, and milk to the mashed bananas and mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil.
6. Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
7. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
9. Serve the banana pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or nuts.
