Recipe: Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs (ovos)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons sugar (açúcar)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (farinha de trigo)
- 1 cup milk (leite)
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
2. Add the eggs and sugar to the mashed banana and mix well.
3. Gradually add the flour and milk to the banana mixture, stirring until smooth.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
5. Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
6. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
8. Serve the banana pancakes warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
