Recipe: Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
2. Add the eggs and sugar to the mashed banana and whisk until well combined.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
4. Pour a ladleful of the banana pancake batter onto the pan.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
7. Serve the banana pancakes warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
