Banana Raisin Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced bananas and raisins.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the banana and raisin mixture and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
