Batata e Carne Moída

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the ground beef and cook until the beef is browned, about 8 minutes.

4. Add the potatoes, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Uncover the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
