BBQ Corned Beef Noodle Skillet
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1/2 pound corned beef, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the corned beef and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet. Pour the barbecue sauce over the noodles and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
