BBQ Cowboy Steak
Ingredients:
1.5lb Cowboy Steak
Salt
Pepper
Paprika Powder
Garlic, minced
Garlic Powder
Dry Minced Garlic
Onion Powder
Cayenne Powder
Crushed Red Pepper
Olive Oil
Worcestershire Sauce
2 Shallots, minced
2 Potatoes, diced
1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Bell Peppers, diced
1 Jalapeño, diced
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic, garlic powder, dry minced garlic, onion powder, cayenne powder, and crushed red pepper.
3. Rub the mixture all over the steak.
4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and heat until shimmering.
5. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned.
6. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
7. Add the shallots, potatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, and jalapeño to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Add the Worcestershire sauce and BBQ sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
9. Place the steak back in the skillet and spoon the vegetables and sauce over the steak.
10. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
11. Serve the steak with the vegetables and sauce. Enjoy!
