BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 bay leaves

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Place the pork ribs in a large baking dish.

3. Sprinkle the black pepper and garlic salt over the ribs.

4. Pour the soy sauce over the ribs and rub it in.

5. Place the diced onion and bay leaves around the ribs.

6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 2 hours.

7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

8. Serve the ribs with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
