Make BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Recipe Name: BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup sweet barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
- Coleslaw (optional, for serving)

Instructions:
1. Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
2. Place the sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of a slow cooker.
3. Place the seasoned pork shoulder on top of the onions and garlic.
4. Pour the sweet barbecue sauce over the pork shoulder.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
6. Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
7. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
8. Toast the hamburger buns and assemble the pulled pork sandwiches with a generous serving of the pork mixture.
9. Serve the BBQ pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw on the side, if desired.
