Make BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos with Salsa

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro
Instructions:
1. Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
2. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and add chopped onion and minced garlic on top.
3. Pour BBQ sauce and salsa over the pork shoulder.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
5. Once the pork is cooked, shred it using two forks and mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker.
6. Warm up the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
7. Fill each tortilla with the BBQ pulled pork mixture.
