Recipe Name: Beef and Bean Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of beans (any variety you prefer)
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add the diced tomatoes (with their juices) and beans to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked rice, creamed corn, and eggs until well combined.
5. Spread half of the rice mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
6. Top with the beef and bean mixture.
7. Spread the remaining rice mixture over the top.
8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
