Beef and Butternut Squash Stew with Popcorn

Ingredients:

-1 lb. ground beef
-1 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced
-1 onion, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
-1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
-1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 cup tomato paste
-1 cup beef broth
-1/2 cup cooked popcorn

Instructions:

1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned.

2. Once the beef is cooked, add the onion, garlic, and butternut squash. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the spices and tomato paste and stir to combine.

4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Add the cooked popcorn and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

6. Serve the stew with your favorite toppings such as guacamole, avocado, lime, calamari, kiwi, aubergine, and courgette. Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream for a delicious meal.
