Make Beef and Chicken Fried Rice
Beef and Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- ½ lb. cooked beef, cut into small cubes
- ½ lb. cooked chicken, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic, onion, carrots, and celery and sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the beef and chicken and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
7. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and all of the ingredients are well combined, about 5 minutes.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
