Beef and Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground beef
-1 chicken filet, diced
-2 cups cooked rice
-1 potato, diced
-1/2 cup cooked spaghetti
-2 tablespoons butter
-1 tomato, diced
-1 onion, diced
-1/2 cup chopped Chinese cabbage
-1/2 cup rucola
-2 eggs, beaten
-1/2 cup diced melanzani
-1 carrot, diced
-1 orange, peeled and diced

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.

2. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned.

3. Add the potatoes, spaghetti, butter, tomatoes, onion, Chinese cabbage, rucola, eggs, melanzani, and carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

4. Add the cooked rice and orange and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
