Beef and Egg Fried Rice


-1 lb ground beef
-2 eggs
-1 onion, diced
-2 cups cooked white rice
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon ground ginger
-Salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground beef and onion and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.

4. Push the beef and onion to one side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
