Beef and Egg Patties

Ingredients:

- 500g beef mince
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the beef mince, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, and parsley. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

2. Form the mixture into 8-10 patties.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Serve the patties with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
