Beef and Potato Pie

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

3 potatoes, peeled and diced

1 large tomato, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 cup shredded cheese

1 onion, diced

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add onion, garlic, and pepper and cook until onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add potatoes, tomato, salt, and sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and cheese.

6. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter.

7. Spread the beef and potato mixture in the bottom of the pie plate.

8. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the top.

9. Sprinkle the flour over the top.

10. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

11. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
