Make Beef and Potato Stew
Beef and Potato Stew
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of beef, cubed
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the cubed beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the diced onion and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Add the cubed potatoes and stir to combine.
5. Pour in the beef broth and add the thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve hot with crusty bread. Enjoy!
