Beef and Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground beef
-1 cup quinoa
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-1/4 cup hummus
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 onion, diced
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

2. Add the quinoa, heavy cream, hummus, garlic, onion, pepper, and parsley to the skillet. Stir to combine.

3. Reduce heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Remove from heat and serve warm. Enjoy!
