Recipe Name: Beef and Red Pepper Stir-Fry with Garlic Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced beef steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Stir in the sliced red pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
7. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetable mixture in the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
