Beef and Ricotta Cannelloni

Ingredients:

- 500g beef mince
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 250g ricotta cheese
- 500ml passata
- 12 cannelloni tubes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the beef mince and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.

4. Add the passata, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta and parmesan cheese.

6. Grease an oven-proof dish.

7. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the ricotta mixture and place in the dish.

8. Pour the beef mince sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese.

9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cannelloni is cooked through.

10. Serve hot. Enjoy!
