Beef and Sweet Potato Skillet
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 teaspoons rosemary salt
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cumin and stir to combine.
4. Add the sweet potatoes and stir to combine.
5. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
6. Uncover the skillet and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle the rosemary salt over the beef and sweet potatoes and stir to combine.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
