Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound shredded beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the shredded beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion, green pepper, and mushrooms and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook until the vegetables are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
5. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
