- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
2. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.
3. Add the broccoli florets and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.
5. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is heated through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
