Make Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving


1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

2. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, carrot, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.

4. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve the beef and vegetable stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
