Recipe Name: Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

2. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

3. Add the broccoli florets and minced garlic to the skillet and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.

4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.

5. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp and the beef is cooked through.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve the beef and vegetable stir fry over cooked rice and enjoy!
