Make Beef and Veggie Pasta Skillet
Recipe: Beef and Veggie Pasta Skillet
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz elbow noodles
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced green pepper and sliced carrots to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables start to soften.
3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the garbanzo beans and green beans to the skillet. Stir to combine.
5. Meanwhile, cook the elbow noodles and egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine and heat through.
