Beef Aspic with Rosemary and Thyme

Ingredients:

- 2 pounds of beef aspic
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 6 cups of beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 cup of mushrooms, diced

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, heat the beef broth over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion, carrot, celery, and mushrooms and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the beef aspic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and garlic powder and stir to combine.

4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
