Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground beef
-1 white onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 cup heavy whipping cream
-2 eggs
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1 lb egg noodles

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.

2. Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, and flour until combined.

4. Pour the cream mixture into the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.

6. Once the noodles are cooked, add them to the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Serve the beef stroganoff warm. Enjoy!
