Recipe Name: Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tomatoes, diced

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
2. Add the onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.
3. Add the beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
5. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and milk.
7. Pour the sour cream mixture over the beef and stir to combine.
8. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
10. Serve the beef stroganoff hot over rice or noodles.
