Beetroot and Potato Pie

Ingredients:

- 2 boiled potatoes
- 2 cooked beetroots
- 1 egg
- 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.

3. Peel and grate the cooked beetroots.

4. In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, grated beetroots, and egg.

5. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

6. Place the potato and beetroot mixture in the center of the pastry sheet.

7. Fold the pastry sheet over the filling and press the edges together to seal.

8. Place the pie on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.

9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
