Make Beetroot Fried Rice

Beetroot Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup diced beetroot
- 2 tablespoons light cream
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.

3. Add the diced beetroot and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Pour in the light cream and stir to combine.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
