Beetroot Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
- 3 Beetroots, cooked and diced
- 2 cups of fresh Spinach, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup of Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and diced beetroot, spinach, and pomegranate seeds.
2. Drizzle the lemon juice over the salad and season with salt to taste.
3. Toss the salad to combine all the ingredients.
4. Serve immediately.
